Responsibilities
Administration
- Calendaring - effectively managing client meetings schedule and calendar changes as needed.
- Handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain client case files & segmentation
- Weekly Meeting review and delivery to advisor
- Team reporting - Runs production reports and analytics (weekly)
- Create Feed Lists & create prospect calls, CRM Management
- Maintains practice compliance
Client Relations
- Client Meeting Pre-Engagements – FF Meeting reminders
- Client Meeting Post-Engagement - Follow up summary (Daily)
- Incoming correspondence receipt. Execute and/or delegate – (Daily)
- Client Information Intake
- Monitoring age changes, and client events, send client gifts and holiday cards (Monthly)
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media platforms
- Be Liaison between Advisor Practice & Network Office Marketing Team
